ONTBIJTKOEK

Ontbijtkoek yang artinya kue sarapan pagi/breakfast berasal dari Belanda. Bahan kue tersebut seperti cengkeh, kayu manis, pala dan jahe. Tekstur kue nya pun sedikit padat, dengan di lapisi mentega tebal di atasnya. 



Ingredients : 

5 eggs
1 sdt cake emulsifier (optional)
50 gr white sugar
100 gr brown sugar
100 gr all purpose wheat flour
25 gr corn starch
20 gr powder milk
2 sdt spekoek powder
75 gr butter


Method : 


Mix eggs, white sugar, brown sugar until soft peak. Sift the flour, milk powder, corn starch and spekoek powder before entered into the eggs mixture. Stir with a spatula. Input stir melted butter. Pour into pan, and bake in oven at 180 degrees celcius until cooked.
