- Recipe :
250 gr wheat flour (segitiga biru)
200 ml uht milk/cold water
2 sdm sugar
1 sdt yeast instan
1 sdm milk powder
1 sdt cocoa powder
3 sdt butter
Simple Cheese Filling :
Grated Cheese
Butter
Method :
- Input wheat flour, sugar, yeast, milk powder, cocoa powder and water mix.
- Add butter and stir again.
- Let stand for an hour and covered with wet napkins.
- Round shape dough and fill with cream cheese.
- Input batter into loaf pan.
- Let stand until the dough.
- Bake the dough for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees celcius.
- Remove and serve with hot cappucino.
